I have been waiting franticly to buy an iPod but there has been so many rumors since the end of February of new ones shipping that I have been waiting....
Why does Apple play games like this with its faithful customers???
When are the updates coming? How long???

If Apple provided release dates for new hardware, sales of existing versions would plummet. Seems self-evident to me.
Besides, half the fun of the Apple experience is all the conjecturing about release dates, new hardware and software.

I understand they do not want to reveal the exact dates but they should feed some rumors so that we don't go mad like I am...
I WANT A NEW UPDATED IPOD AT A MORE AFFORDABLE PRICE!

Short answer, it'll be sometime before MWNY when Apple will introduce... oh wait, MWNY doesn't exist anymore.... LOL
It should be soon, I'm thinking within a month at the most. The supplies of iPods are just too low right now that if Apple doesn't do something soon, their main non computer product with the most reach won't be in stores.
