Hotsync "Install Files" doesn't show?

Using Palm Desktop for MacOSX, running 10.2.4, i have suddenly encountered a no-show "Install Handheld Files" under the Hotsync app. Both the Conduit settings window and Settings windows show up, but it seems that the forces that be have broken the third option.

maybe a 10.2.4 issue?

anyone else encounter this?

Try dbl-clicking on the Palm app or file to be installed. This should open the "Files To Be Installed" window with this item now added to it.
