Where can I obtain spare Apple parts?

	I got an old Apple 21" colour monitor (that's the one where fixed resolution) with a power board faulty, and I would like to obtain a replacement part and replace it on my own. Apple dealer quoted me before a few years back and it cost be close to US$500 to fix it. Can someone tell me a trustworthy source in US or elsewhere where I can order the Apple spare part via the web (or fax if web service not available) and paid by credit card and ship it to Australia (post-office will be great; no need for FedEx or express). Thanks in advance!
