I need a CHEAP printer/fax/scanner/copier all in one that runs in OSX.
The built in fax is the most important and software.
Thanks for your help.

I've got a HP PSC 2210 Multifunction Printer that I'm happy with. The Drivers all work with OS X.2 just fine. The biggest plus is the Flatbed Scanner as long as you don't mind not being able to "sheet feed" the Fax function. But I find this to be not a problem because it loads all my pages into the buffer before dialing. Massive Faxes would not be really viable though...
As far as your "CHEAP" requirement will, you can find it at Costco for a pretty good price. Much lower than anywhere else I've seen. I Paid $289 for mine but Costco has it $30 Cheaper.

I've heard the Epson Stylus CX5200 is supposed to be good. Apparently, if you look hard enough, you can find it for $129 or even $99! (MSR=$199)

As far as I know these printers do not have a native Fax though right? I don't want to have to use the computer at all.

Ok, usually my favorite would be the Canon 600F, but unfortunately, it doesn't support OS X. On the other hand, my parent's HP G85 (with *expensive* cartridges) does fully support OS X. It is big, ugly, but it does the job.
Buy one with an ADF, otherwise you would have to fax one page each. Doesn't look very professional if you have to send 10 pages or something.

The HP AIO D-135 blows the doors off everything. You can get one for $350 or so. It's not cheap, but believe me: when you go cheap on these things you get what you pay for. Pony up the extra cash for this thing. It's the best, bar none.

If you are going to consider an HP product then I would recommend the HP 6110. This is the little brother to the D series all in ones and provides as a bonus the ability to print excellent photo's using a six ink process. It comes equipped with everything you desire and then some.

Check out the Brother line. I've had two Brothers and always had a good experience with them for multifunction sort of work.
