I currently have a LaCie pocket drive but need something much bigger to archive all my CD's at a decent bitrate. There seem to be apile of them available. I kind of like the Googie stuff and also the LaCie ones but I'm not keen on clear case designs. Since it will go in the lounge near where we sit it needs to look good, be quiet (External PSU if possible), fast and reliable since it will also get used for a bit of vieo work now and again. If anyone has any recommendations for something suitable (price is not the main concern) I'd appreciate some comments.
