that's the nice thing about making predictions on future products. So long as you don't provide a specific release date and are in the ballpark in what was announced, you can claim your "accurate".

But yeah, "any day now" the new iPods are supposed to be available.

Although I wonder if they're waiting for this new music service to be available to announce the new iPods? If they do, consider that my "prediction."

No, not 2 months ago... more like 4 or so months ago back around December I think. LOL MWSF was supposed to be the day, then that slipped and when Apple started announcing the new Powermacs, Xserves then iMacs, all that was left was the iPod.

I'm wondering if Apple will announce the new iPods and music service tomorow. They've done product announcements during their earnings report before to get the extra press I think.

The new iPods are coming, don't worry, the supplies are way too low. I called around when I heard Target was clearing out their stock, one local hadn't seen any in 2 months and the other only had 1. MacMall, Smalldog etc are all out for the most part. My local CompUSA still has some I think. So just be patient. I said in a previous post they'd announce the new iPods before the month was out and I still think they will. It's starting to really get annoying though, I want one[ BAD. LOL
