Apple called me and asked some questions about my iPod. Not in the sense of it working right but like what features I use the most. did I buy it for the design or for the space. what other mp3 players did I look at. etc

Anyone else get this call? Could it mean new iPods?

Not to me. Atlanta radio sucks. But I wouldn't be opposed to having it for people who want it.

Interesting you got called for the survey. I wonder if they're having last minute questions about the design (if there's been a redesign)?

Cool. I don't know about a radio. It would be great for some, but here there is very little english-language radio (not that I ever listen to it anyway). At home, about the only thing to be had is 20 country music stations, 30 AM ultra-conservative radio talk shows, etc. There is one public jazz radio station I listen to, but I certainly don't when I have my iPod with me.

I think radio would be a bad idea. But, who knows?

I'm sorry, but the radio idea just isn't a good one. I actually think the Contacts and Calendar functions are useless too. I never ever listen to radio mostly because I hate Clear Channel so much.

Radios are in a lot of mobile phones now, so it would be a bit of a duplication. Digital Radio, which is just starting in the UK would be a big deal, but too expensive to implement.

I would say no, at the time being.
