I don't know if anyone is using their drives, but if you are, they are Pirating the HardDisk Toolkit software from FWB Software to provide support on their Firewire product and Raid products.

We would appreciate you contacting them and asking them to make this right instead of stealing our software. We have contacted them, had our attorney contact them and are now filing some actions against them, but they continue to use our software that they call 'Glyph Audio Storage Toolkit" and won't provide our royalty reports or pay us for this continued use. They have been pushing us off now for months.

When a local programmer complained about our accidental violation of their rights, FWB got quite a few emails and we know the Mac community frowns on this. We have resolved that, but now it's happening to us.
Please help.

I supposed that is pretty true.. In our defense, our slight was unintentional at least. A programmer screwed up and left in placeholder icons that weren't to see the light of day...
These guys are just plain stealing and by not responding, telling us they don't care that they are stealing our software.

Of course, today 4/16/03 they now call us and are desiring to work with us... So perhaps posting here and getting some emails to them works...

I believe you were saying the programmer stole the icons. Stealing is not the same as "screwed up".

And regarding your CEO promising a free version of Drive Test, when can we expect that to happen? Or was it one of the many promises that will never see the light of day?

I understand the situation and all, but it doesn't feel very professional to come here and discuss business problems with your customers. The part about asking for help was fine, but bringing up a past issue with an ex-exployee seems kinda odd.
