when will there ever be an adequate pci tv card for the mac? i just want to have the same functionality as i used to with my formac pro tv stereo card.

i could watch tv full screen, capture video (though not well), connect my vcr to my computer and record tv shows, connect video game systems and play all on my computer.

none of the current mac solutions are any good!

eyetv: can't play video games

formac studio: too expensive! and formac software is always buggy! plus i'm reluctant to buy formac again, after cutting support from the pro tv stereo so quickly

ati, eskape labs, xlr8: all usb solutions! res is only 320 x 120, not 640x480.

will there ever be a decent tv card? or even a firewire solution?
