Apple itself has discussion forums. Look on the Apple web site, under "support." There should be something about "join discussions," and if you click on that, there will be a whole bunch of choices. And just because it's on the Apple site, doesn't mean posters aren't critical. I read there extensively when I first had problems with my Airport Extreme base station. Someone on one of these forums kindly pointed me in that direction. And it was on the Apple and these forums that I managed to find a fix for my AppleWorks program running unbelievably slowly. Good places, both of them.
