anyone own a Rio SP-350? Help!!

I need to replace the battery (batteries?) in a Rio SP-350. It's my mothers - her brand new Rio didn't have them in the box. The literature doesn't give any sort of model number whatsoever. Rio is now shut down, so they can't help.

This is all the info she found:

"DC4.5V/600mA 2x rectangular batteries
1450 mAH NiMH batteries"

I can't find anyone who can tell me what these damn batteries really are or where to find them. If someone out there owns one, could you PLEASE open it up and give me a make and model number on the battery?
