Does anyone have any suggestions on a firewire media reader? I need at least Compact Flash reading, though if it was a 6, 7, or 8-in-1 reader for not too much more, I'd be happy with that, too.

I seem to not be finding many firewire media readers at all online. I see a Lexark CF Reader for about $35, which I figure is probably all I'll find. If someone could give me some other suggestions, though, I'd really appreciate it.

I use the purple Lexar CF reader. Works great in Windows and in OS X. I use a USB-based SD reader though. Bought both a while back so there may now be FW based 6-in-1 readers now. There certainly are a lot of USB 2.0 based ones, however.

I got the 7-in-1 reader from Addonics (http://www.addonics.com/). The only thing it doesn't read are xd cards. Works pretty well; a little bit bigger than I would've liked though.

I've seen exactly the same casing used by another manufacturer for a USB 2.0 reader, so I'm not sure who the original manufacturer is. It works without any specific drivers though, and is bus-powered.

The only other reader I know of that's not a variation on the Lexar is from Sandisk, however I haven't physically seen one. Firewire card readers are actually pretty difficult to find here (in Hong Kong); I had to mail order to Addonics reader.
