LaCie offers, among other things a desk rack mount kit for their d2 FW800 series drives. I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are other vendors who offer this same thing, except with the enclusure only so I can stick my own drive in (I don't like the 2MB cache drives in the LaCie's by default -- I want to get a 8MB cache drive instead).
If no one else does this, does anyone know of a vendor who sells enclosures that can safely and securely fit on top of one another so it's stackable, but sorta snap in as opposed to in a rack.
Looking to do a big drive and a quick CD-RW but would like it as compact as possible.
