what the best way to connect the mac ipod to pcs without changing the mac format of the ipod?

With the "old" iPods, there's no way to use it between a Mac & PC at the same time, I'm almost 99% sure. You can use it for one platform or the other, but not both.

With the NEW iPods, however, I know they'll work with either, and I *believe* they'll work with both, but not positive...anyone else know for sure?

I use it at work every single day. Never had a problem with it that a patch couldn't fix.
