What do you guys think the old iPods are going to be worth? I was thinking around:

5GB ~$100-125 depending on age
10GB ~$145-175 depending on age and model (Skinny? Original 10GB?)
20GB ~$250-300

Seem fair?

Just check ebay in the upcoming weeks. Your estimates seem a little (very) low... but we'll see.

i have a 6 month old 10 gig iPod w/ the redesigned scroll wheel and remote control.

i expect to sell it for about $275 as soon as i listen to the new 15 gig units.

"original" 10 gigs will prob. sell for $225 or so.

$275? a new 10 gig is $300. seems a bit optimistic, but maybe....

depends on the ipod.. my 10gb would be pushing by asking for 250..

It has everything but the paint on the remote seems to have been defective (I can get that replaced tho), and the ipod itself has a lot of scratches.. but otherwise it's all good

I'd say it's priceless considering it's got a standard FireWire port.

got this one on my watch list. if this goes for $325.....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...68534&rd=1

the remote and case have value above the $299 price of a brand new 10 gig model.

maybe...$250-260 is more reasonable to expect.

but i will not list mine until friday night when i can actually hear the new ones. as i posted elsewhere, i am always a little nervous when new models come out, cost reduction is always one of the goals. and just maybe, they skimped on the audio electronics. i will not sacrifice fidelity for 5 more gigs and smaller package.
