I just got an iSub for a Cube, it worked right off the bat. Only one minor problem, it doesn't mute like the regular speakers when pressing the F11 key. That is using 10.2.5 with everything up to date and the iSub plugged through a hub. Searching the forums didn't bring any insight.

System Preferences>Sound

You must mute the iSub manually. Hopefully, this will be corrected in Panther.

I've resorted to never using the mute button. If I want no sound, I turn the volume to its lowest level.

Yes it is. USBAudio sucks in OS X.

Not only does the iSub not mute, the Soundsticks + Airport bug that was fixed in Jaguar returned in 10.2.5.
