For the past 20 years, I have used macs and I've never had a problem. Not to worry, I'm not gonna slam apple for my first problem in 2 decades, I just need help.

My 10 gig ipod went sour about a month ago and I finally sent it in (seperation anxiety and laziness accounting for my delay). I've checked the apple service site and at this moment, the box has made its way to apple. As the subject suggests, other than manically checking the service support pages, I need ideas for coping...

Well, max out a credit card or two at the iTunes Music Store so you'll have plenty of new stuff to put on that iPod when it returns!

Well, I've taken a liking to the itunes idea. Good new just showed up; they are sending me a new ipod (well, at least a new version of my 10 gig). I solomly swear to avoid scratching this one.

Two steps forward (six steps back)
