I have the Logitech Duo hooked up to my 17" and the mouse seems very jumpy and the keyboard keys are not fully the same as the PB's. Any suggestions to fix problem? all I did was plug and play. Shoudl I install the software? update?

I think you should install the Logitech Control Center and be sure that there is nothing in front of the "eye", sometimes when my cat passes by, I have some hairs that are stuck under the mouse and it gets all jumpy and stuff . I don't know what you mean with the keys not being the same.

Maybe your mouse is just scared of your cat.

This might be a obvious, but you never know. I have a logitech and it gets very jump when the battery needs to be replaced. Also, I would recommend you use USB overdrive instead of the logitech drivers, just my preference, but I have never looked back.
