I am looking for a set of docks for the two items i seem to plug and unplug the most, my 1st generation iPod and my 667mhz tiBook. Any suggestions on these. I know bookendz has one for the tiBook, looks pretty good, but i have no experience and have no way to see and touch one. Is there even one for the original iPods, anything comparabele to the new docks with firewire chargin and line out?

The Bookendz dock is most likely your best bet for a PowerBook dock, and it's the one I'd recommend using.

For your older gen. iPod, there's two "docks" that I'd recommend. First there's the DVBase which is a very classy looking metal choromed stand to hold your iPod. If that doesn't suit your fancy, then I'd opt for the PodPerch which is a clear stand for your iPod. The DVBase works solely w/ the older gen. iPods while the PodPerch works with both new & old iPods.
