Nice pictures. I wonder if the towers are still gonna get the "Pro Keyboard" and "Pro Mouse"?

Currently, all available PowerMacs even up to 1.42Ghz still get the "Pro" versions of the Mouse/Keyboard.

Hey everyone,

I just recently bought an emac 1ghz with the superdrive and was sort of disappointed it didn't come with the pro mouse and keyboard. The new style isn't bad but it doesn't have the quality and feel of the pro. It also isn't height adjustable, which was a good feature of the pro. Essentially, it's a very bare-bones keyboard with sort of a cheap feel to it. They should have just stuck with the pro.

cheers,
brian

Thus it comes with the "cheapest" Mac available.

Get the Logitech Internet Navigator Keyboard. The drivers are EXCELLENT and the keyboard has a nice feel to it. You can map EVERY key that's on the Pro keyboard to it. The only problem is that it's not a USB hub.

I've tried that keyboard and it does have a very nice feel to it. Nice "springy" feel to the keys.

Logitech makes a nice mouse, too (albeit, a bit expensive).

cheers,
brian
