with the 3rd gen how do u do a hard restart so that you can get in to the prefs/bios. can you do voice recoarding in that version to. If so how many can you do. any other ipod secreats.

what stinks is that it takes about 15 seconds (just trying to get the sequence of buttons right) to reecord 6 seconds of low-quality audio... i'm not dogging the feature, but can't we get a bit more for our $300-$500 ???
