I have 12.5Gb of AAC files on my 15Gb iPod. If I hook it to someone else Mac, will his Music Library overwrite my iPod Libray. Therefore erase my music? I would not like to spend 3 weeks in Europe without my music. I'm sory if it sounds stupid and paranoid, but I'm new to the iPod world.

no it should just link up open iTunes than come up with a box which is sommat like :

this is ste to another comp do you wish to switch

or some rubbish like that and you just click on no and u should be fine

You will be asked if you want to erase the ipod when you hook it to someone else's mac, so it's not like you don't have any choice in the matter.
