This morning an employee came to me and said that her computer did something weird that she had never seen before. By the time I got to her office to check into it she had reset her computer and the problem cleared up. I am wondering if I need to be concerned about it.

Equipment is:
Mac G3 350 MHz
OS 9.1 192 MB RAM (64 + 128 DIMM)
1 MB Cache.
Monitor is Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 74 SB

Here is what happened to her:

She said that her screen went black and she got a dialog on the screen that said:

ATTENTION

SIGNAL FREQUENCY IS OUT OF RANGE

FH -> 91.1 KHZ
FV -> 85.0 HZ

PLEASE CHANGE SIGNAL TIMING

I beleive this is related to her Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 74 SB monitor. Since the problem cleared up with a reset I have done nothing.

Anyone encounter this sort of thing before?
