There are a lot of recent posts on the Griffin iTrip, just do a search for iTrip. As for the Belkin, I have not seen any thing here on the boards on it.

I have the belkin TuneCast FM Transmitter, if you listen to a lot of bass heavy music then it's not for you as FM doesn't cleanly transmit this and you get some distortion.
However most music does sound quite good, especially if it's a high quality rip.
CD's ripped using AAC sound great.
But like I said, I have a couple songs that are bass heavy and they sound like ****.
It's definitely a handy device as any FM radio is a outlet for you to listen to your ipod on.
I take it to my room at night and listen to my ipod through my clock radio, set the sleep timer and I can fall asleep to the music!!
If you have a ghetto blaster you can have your whole music library on your next picnic or on the deck.
It's very cool, I think for my car though I am going to get the BELKIN charger because it also has a audio jack to connect to your stereo so you will get great sound all around.
I will keep the FM transmitter for it's handy applications although I am selling it as soon as the iTrip 2 is released as it doesn't require batteries.
That is the Tunecasts main downfall as I always have to recharge batteries.
I just got word that tomorrow Griffin will announce the iTrip 2 will ship in July. So if you can wait a little longer it's worth it for the look and no battery feature of the iTrip.

I have the Belkin TuneCast and, in my experience, it's not a good as I had hoped.
The Belkin only offers four frequencies and, in my area, these are occupied. Sometimes it works great, and sometimes it doesn't really work at all.
That said, it might work quite well for you. You wont really know until you try one.
I might just dump mine and have done with it. Say, I think I know where you can get an almost new one for less than retail?

I have the iTrip and I am happy with it, but there are a few spots where it fades. Overall, it is the best I have used and it is really convenient with all the stations to choose from.
I have a 2 second advance notice when my cellphone is going to ring as an odd noise plays over the stereo just before it rings.

Griffin just announced the new 3G version of the iTrip, the only FM transmitter worth getting.

Wow, I had no idea people still used this term! My friend from Germany used it once -- she had learned it in English class -- but I didn't think any native English speaker still said it. It IS a little awful when you think about it....
