Keyboard short-cut for ickle application switcher?

	Hello Does anyone know if the above exists in OS X natively? My gf has a thing where her Kensington mouseworks software can be configured so the middle button brings up a little app switcher like we used to be able to pull down from the finder in os9. i was wondering if this is part of the mouseworks product or if i can use the ability of my macally software to imitate keyboard shortcuts to similar effect. any advice appreciated! cheers
