I am looking for a usb2 card for my new minolta scanner, however I use deep sleep a lot and I know the firewire cards don't support this. What about USB and who is best to go for???
I am running 10.2.6.

I have the OrangeUSB 2.0 PCI card (in a Power Mac G4 AGP): works quite well and supports deep sleep (and the latest 3.1.2 drivers - downloadable from their website - finally work without problems)...

Ok, next question! Where can I get one in the UK? DABS only order them on request and I am impatient...

I have one of these and it supports deep sleep just fine. It is also usually a bit cheaper and easier to find than the Orange Micro one.
