Has anyone tried the Hi-Touch dye sub printers with iphoto? I have used the 640 ps printer with wxp and it is stunning (goodbye clogged nozzles :'}) The iphoto ver is in beta here: http://www.hitouchimaging.com/downlo...s.asp?lid=480. At 40 cents a 4x6 it is cheaper than inkjet. Has anyone tried this?
I purchased the 630ps in May '03 and downloaded the Mac Beta driver from Hi-touch's download page. I have had great results with the printer using iphoto from a dual-usb iBook and new iMac. Prints are beautiful and have filmlike quality and feel.
Great. Thanks! I'm going to install it tonight. I agree about the prints, they are terrific, and even my 2 year old's usually sloppy hands don't mess them up.
