I thought that 1.3 only works in the new iPods (the ones with the dock)? I have a rev 2 20GB pod, and I have been having problems with freezing. I just ran restore, but when I updated, it loaded 1.3. I'd forgotten that autoupdate had downloaded it onto my Mac.

Anyway, the Pod shows 1.3 installed, and so far it seems to work OK. Should I worry about this?

Same iPod. My iPod still freezes when I go running with it.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Yes, that's when it happens to me. Very annoying.

That really sucks. Apple has put 2 StrongARMs and 1 DSP in my iPod and still won't upgrade the software ...
