I don't think what you want to do is possible, at least not yet. The only bluetooth mouse and keyboard on the market as far as I know are the Microsoft ones. And they only support being paired to one computer at a time, I believe.
It would be easy to do what you want with a USB keyboard/mouse though. That is what I do to switch one Logitech keyboard/mouse combo between a PC, Powermac and a Powerbook. The switch costs around $30:

I picked mine up in person at Fry's. I have a monitor with dual inputs so this was ideal. It works absolutely great, and is a lot cheaper than a USB capable KVM.
