I tried adding my new sony erricson p800 but isync 1.1 won't recognize it...a message appeared "u need to use hotsync manager to sync your palm os device"..what does that suppose to mean,is it an app or a utility or is it a built-in feature in isync itself cuz if it is,i can't find it!!according to Apple isync 1.1 supports the sony ericsson p800 this makes me even more puzzled...please help...

Are you syncing wih Bluetooth? If so, you need to pair the devices first using Bluetooth Setup Assistant, then go to iSync -> Add New Device... and the P800 should be there.

You can't use the USB Disc-Thing to sync with iSync - you *have* to use Bluetooth.
