In the best mouse thread, Logitech MX500/700 dominates.
In the best AlPB add ons thread, the PowerMate was highly prized.

In the how do you use your extra mouse buttons thread, I also ask what
additional buttons you might want... the only response to that I got
was that no more were needed...

Given the popularity of the PowerMate, I was trying to figure
out what I'd use it for if I have the very popular MX500/700
and all its buttons. Seemingly, nothing.

Is it the case that the PowerMate is most popular among those
with anemic mice; and not popular at all with MX500/700 users?
