I tried connecting my GameCube up to it the other day, and it works, however I notice that when I move or press something on the controller, it delays about 1-2 seconds before it does it on the screen. Anyone see these problems? If so, is it fixable?

No it is not fixable. There is a delay on all video via the formac....
