Problems getting pics into Palm Zire 71...

	Ok, just replaced my old handspring with a shiny new Palm Zire 71. Now, according to the manual and Palm's website, I should be able to drag jpg files into an app called "Send To Handheld" to get them from my desktop to the Palm's photo library. I do this, tell the app to send it to the handheld, and do a hotsynch, but nothing happens after that. Any help here? Do the pics have to be of a certain size only? Running 10.2.6
