I bought my iPod less than 90 days ago from the Apple Store in NYC.

It seems to drain the batter really quickly and also now my jack to for the microphone is becoming lose, the wires are sticking out.

If I bring it back, will they fix it for me?

You only need Applecare after 90 days right?

You don't get AppleCare for iPods. They have a 1 year warranty. Just take it in.
