I'm thinking of getting a new eMac and since the search funciton seems to be temporarily unavailable (Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /usr/local/www/macnn/vbull/search.php on line 396) I'm just gonna post my question here.

Has anyone used the Apple Video Adapter? And if so, what did you think of it? I'm thinking of using it to mirror to TV, and I assume I have to have separate cables for audio.

my sister has the adapter for her iBook; she uses it to watch DVD's on her TV. works pretty well. yeah, you'll have to get an audio cable to plug into the headphone jack, like a 3.5mm stereo male to stereo RCA males, or whatever you need on the end.
