Hi there,

just got a USED 10GB 2nd gen iPod yesterday ... although it's USED ... but i like it very much ... and i do know there are many more of you who own the humongus 30 GB 3rd gen iPod ... but i think 10 GB would be suffiecient for me ...

well ... as for my experience with it is ... the sound is great ... however the music do skip occasionally ... is it normal?

well i have something to ask here regarding what can i claim with the warranty which is still active until October ...

i would like to know if the warranty is eligible with the little defects as mention below :

1. minor rust on the remote control
2. the plastic on the clip to hold the spring had broken a bit which caused the little spring on the holster clip to come off
3. as i mentioned earlier, the "music-skipping"?

Thanks for any guidance ...
Best regards from,
pmg4lktan
