I got a HP 1700d (d is for "duplex/both side printing") almost 2 years ago. its one of those HPs that will print on big paper (up to 13 by 19, i think). Anyways, its screwing up now. It will take a piece of paper in, then back up the paper then start printing, the problem is when it backs up the paper it tilts it a little so when it starts print the paper is skewed, the problem with this is that the paper then hits the edge of the printer about a third of the way and starts crumpling the paper which then causes the printer carraige to hit the paper and tear it until it gets stuck. Is there any way to clean the printer rollers incase ink got in there and made a set of them sticky? If you print a test page by holding down a button on the printer, it prints fine because it doesnt back up the paper before printing.

Any help? please?
