Just ran across this. Anyone read italian? Are they actually shipping them or is this a preorder thing?

As far as I can translate (I can only read spanish but it's close enough) it seems like you can buy it, I got all the way to the checkout portion where you have to enter a credit card and it never told me it was a pre-order or anything. Maybe after you place the order it will tell you it will ship in x weeks or something. But from that link, it looks like it's buyable now.
