Hi Folks,

I have a question regarding Mac OS 9.2 - 10.2.
I have an HP Laserjet 8100 DN here and it seems that each time I go to print out of any application the paper size defaults to "letter (small)". i cant seem to get the printer setup to remember my paper selection.

i have had the same problem on other macs with other HP laserjets.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
-ab

Well, OS X always defaults to Letter Small, as its default is to format for "any printer."

Either way, the default is best saved in the document/application. E.g. in Word, save a new default template with your desired default print settings.
