As some of you may know, I have recently bought a G4 Powermac 1.25 DP and although I got it for a good price, it unfortunately only came with a combo drive.
I do own a Sony DRU-500A which was in my PC and have tried it in the Mac to no avail
and so to the crux of the question, which DVD writer is the best to buy for compatibility with my Powermac? I've been eyeing up the Pioneer DVR-106 though I can get hold of a 105 if that is better.
