Hi

I've downloaded everything for this product and tried to import the F/Cut Express patches, but they aren't listed amongst the devices in the control interface.

I've been over the documentation and this is all it seems to take - import, select the templates and that's that. But no joy. Nothing I import is listed.

Any thoughts? It's just sitting there looking like it might be useful.
