can anyone who owns a 2G or 3G Waterfield Designs iPod case clue me in about the size of the flap that covers the face - it looks like you can fit the earbuds in it no problem - i wanted to know if you think its roomy enough to get both the earbuds and the remote as well.

Well, I have a 3G case sitting right here... let me try...

Yes, it is possible to fit both in there.

You can't put one in and then the other in... but if you lay one on top of the other, placing the remote and the earbuds themselves not overlapping, all within the circle formed by the wires, and then slide in the combo, it fits pretty nice. In fact, I'm leaving it that way, because it seems not as lumpy as it does with just the earbuds in there... I think its actually better that way.
