The EyeToy has been available in Europe for a few months.

I suspect it won't be long before It works - try talking to these guys:

http://www.ioxperts.com/devices_allcams.html

It seems it does not yet work with their driver, but maybe they can get it working.

Any word on how this went? I just did some checking around and it's still basically people asking if its possible...

I just got an EyeToy as a Christmas present from my girlfriend, and it's just amazing the way anyone can pick it up and play. I never thought I'd reach the day that I would see my Grandpa and a roomful of relatives desperate to play PS2

Some of the games I can tell have no replay factor, but hopefully some of the others will live on after the initial wow factor.

We got my youngest EyeToy for her 11th birthday in early December. It is quite the hit in our house!

By the way -- can you use it as a web cam or anything? I keep wondering if it has more uses.

And -- there are more games for it availble in Europe, but not here. Unfortunately, I found this out 24 hours after a friend left for England for the holidays to visit her family. I would have had her pick it up!
