Ive got the airport extreme base station and want to know whats the radius? i saw 150 foot on the apple page but want to ask you what your experiences are. My base station doesnt stand even 10 metres , thats not good. Is there any way to increase the radius? Does something block the radio waves ? Is there something i should get rid of for bether performance?

It might be worth looking at Br Bott's Extendair product line, which plugs into the more expensive Airport Extreme base stations and reportedly improves reception significantly.

Something doesn't sound right with that. Even going through walls you should be getting more then 10m. Have you tried other basestations and/or Airport Cards? Possibly its not youre basestation and it could happen to be youre Airport Card. I forget which website but one of the websites in the "need a bag/sleeve for youre powerbook"(dont quote me on that..I could be wrong on the title) states they have an antenna that will boast the basestations performance up to 500ft.
