Sorry if this is a really obvious question. I just bought a Canon i70 mobile printer to take with me on tour for a few months. The printer will be packed in some kind of container with other equipment, and some of our travel is by air in which case the container will fly as cargo. I'm wondering if there's anything I should be aware of in terms of protecting the printer when it's in transit (other than packing it well). Are there any problems with the ink resulting either from the printer getting bumped around or from changes in air pressure? Can I just leave the ink cartridges in?
I feel like I should be able to answer this for myself by RTFM, but the FM doesn't have any warnings about how to transport the printer. No luck with searches here or on Google either. So any advice from the road warriors (especially the airborne ones), or links to sources of this kind of information would be much appreciated.
