As every body knows the Pro-keyboards get quickly full of (visible) crud and are held together by tiny (.050in/1.27mm)Allen/hex screws.
I have finally found somewhere in the UK who sells the Allen keys and both doesn't have a ridiculous minimum order (RS components only lets you order them in multiples of 5) or doesn't kill you with delivery (I found them as someplace wanting £6+ for delivery? It's a tiny bit of bent bar for crying out loud!)

Funny that, I was just the other week trying my smallest set of Allen keys on the Apple Pro Keyboard so that I could remove the collection of crisps, crumbs, pubic hairs, etc., that accumulate inside...

Didn't have one small enough - at least I now know what I need!

May try the local Maplin.

Ta.

it's 1.27mm?? I'm pretty sure I tried using a 1.25mm and it didn't work...maybe it was a 1.5mm. Anyways, the smallest they had at the hardware store was only available in a set that cost 30$. No, thanks

Ladies and gentlemen I stand corrrected. You need a 1/20th of an inch hex key or for our metric loving friends 1.27 mm. Complete dissembly directions can be found at: http://www.technology.niagarac.on.ca...ardrepair.html
