Anybody run DeLocalizer or Monolingual on their iPods to remove the languages they don't use?

I have the former on my PowerBook and noticed that there was a checkbox for "Scan startup drives only". Wondering if I unchecked it with my iPod connected, if it would find the .lproj files there and let me erase them that way.

Anybody know if this is even possible with these 2 utilities? Any potential adverse effects that I haven't thought of if you can actually do this? I'd like to free up as much space as possible on the iPod.

Thanks

I don't believe you can. And even if you could, it would be a complete waste.

Why would you want to do that!?
Those localizations take up like a kilobyte of memory and are most likely on the firmware, so not even wasting a kilobyte HD storage.

Edit: PS: Or are you talking about apps?
