Hi

Does anyone have any experience with ADC -> DVI converters? I tried to get the Belkin one but it looks like it's discontinued, so I think my only option is the Dr Bott one. Are there any others available?

Apple has a new one coming out in three weeks. Maybe new monitors too.

Apple makes one. It's $99 I think and works great. I'm using to plug two Apple ADC displays into my Radeon 9000. I haven't had a single problem with it.

Thats still DVI to ADC, he wants to convert an ADC port into a DVI port so he can plug in a monitor that uses DVI.

You need to learn how to use a search engine TommyLeeRoth. Here's one available at OWC for 30$, I think its cheaper than the DrBott one

Any advantages to plugging a DVI monitor into an ADC port rather than just plugging into the DVI port?

No, I just want to run two monitors off a card that has a DVI and an ADC connector.

Get Apple's own adapter.

I use it and it works (and looks) great.
