I have a G4 Mac the first agp that came and there is no mic input in that model. So I got myself a mic amplifier from Griffin called NEMic . It has worked real nice. Now my friend has a dual G4 and the line in is not the same as I have. He has a standard connection plug like the ones you have on a head set. The problem is that nowadays there is noone that makes an adapter for the newer mac's.

Here in Sweden where I live you have to pay 80 $ for an USB headset, and usb have a small latency as well. Compare this to a standard headset priced at 6$ and up and you get my point. More bucks for less.

That is where you forummembers comes in to the picture. I plan to release an adapter for the Mac in Q1 2004 that makes it possible to use a standard headset on your Mac and I want to know what you think of it. Is it a thing you need or not.

and on this issue I know I have the people behind me. Far, far behind me
