Okay, after search Google for a good TV Tuner for my mac, I found you guys talking about Televio. I decided to finally go for it and buy it from Dr. Botts a couple weeks ago. I got it and was happy though I do get interference on the lower cable channels which also affected me when I plugged a VCR to the coaxial connection. It went away when I just used the RCA jacks. Anyways, I visited the Televio video website and to my surprise Televio has been picked up by another company who will now sell the Televio card with the name AlchemyTV
Televio website:

AlchemyTV website:

So I was so unlucky to have bought the Televio 2 days before they announced the partnership! Here's the kicker! Televio costs $149. They're now selling AlchemyTV for only $109!!! Dr. Bott wouldn't refund the difference, so I have to go to the trouble to sending the card back to them. :-( But hey, that's a $40 difference for the exact same card! Right now I'm trying to find a U.S. reseller for AlchemyTV... how sucky... I went to see the US resellers, none of them have yet have the new card for sale on their website.
I guess I could wait till they get the card or bug the resellers to stock it. It would be nice to save $40. If you buy it directly from the company in the UK, it's $129.
So what do you guys think? Return the card to save $40 and wait till they start selling the card. OR keep the card that's already here?
